      Best flour ever

      All the Barton Springs Mill flours are fantastic and very high quality! Butler’s Gold is one of my favorites to mix with Einkorn flour in my loaves of sourdough. Excellent customer service and quick shipping. Their flour is the only flour I buy. So healthy and good for you!

      I actually have a lot of favorites from BSM, and I recommend experimenting with the flours you have on hand (including ratio blends of various mixes) but Butler's is my "go to" when making breads and pizza crust. I only use BSM flours in my home.
