My dad was a chef and always cooked his own fabulous bread so, of course, I wanted to do the same thing. The Rouge de Bordeaux Flour is superior to anything I've ever used before. It makes a beautiful loaf that you'll get a lot of compliments on.

Cant get enough!!
This flour is out of this world. Made 2 loads of bread for the first time after attending BSM's sourdough class and i thoughty family was going to loose their minds! The taste was splu sublime. I cant wait to use the many other stone ground flours I purchased recently. No more store bought flour for this household!!
