Our custom-mixed, 'Standard' All-Purpose flour is changing from a combination of Butler's Gold (hard wheat) to Butler's Gold (hard wheat) and Mediterranean (soft wheat), sifted to ‘00’ and blended for the perfect combination of flavor, structure, and tenderness in cookies, cakes, rolls and pies.

IF YOU ARE DEBATING MAKING A PURCHASE FROM BARTON SPRINGS MILL, MAKE THE PURCHASE!!!!

I friend connected me to Barton Springs Mill in the early days of the pandemic because they were the only reliable source of flour. Well, that exposure created a lifetime customer.
Their flours, cornmeal, grits and grains are of the highest quality and I could not imagine baking or cooking without their products.
The All-Purpose Flour is WONDERFUL! I use it at least 4-5 times a week. I love it!!!
