    Our custom-mixed, 'Standard' All-Purpose flour is a combination of TAM 105 (hard red winter wheat) and Crawford Red (soft red winter wheat), sifted to ‘00’ and blended for the perfect combination of flavor, structure, and tenderness in cookies, cakes, rolls and pies.

    Sourdough!!!

    I am loving this flour - typical grocery store flour bleached and all that jazz my body does not tolerate, i get bloated and inflamed and stayed away from bread. Our local rancher uses your flour and I started making sourdough with it - my whole family loves it. I will keep ordering your flour as that's all we use, I did miss baking and now I get to enjoy it again!
