      Best rolls ever!!

I used the Butler's Gold Flour to make several batches of healthy rolls. They are the best on the planet. The organic, unaltered flour helped quiet my digestive tract like magic! I unfreeze and eat one per day. Better than a doctor visit!!

Very tasty loaf but a bit too dense for our tastes. I've added it to bread machine recipes with AP flour and added a bit when I feed my sour dough startere.

      I appreciate it very much.

I just tried a bit of whole wheat and rye flour from you to mix with organic white bread flour from the other brand which I normally use. Really, I changed only the brand of whole wheat and rye flour in my recipe even though the same amount but it turned out like a game changer! It gave me incredibly texture and flavor. Just like I have a secret sauce in my sourdough bread. I totally love it.

Butler’s Gold takes the gold again!

I used some ww Butler’s Gold recently for bread using some sourdough starter plus some yeast. REALLY good flavor (also the bread contained a bottle of Model dark beer, and some millet and some rye flakes). Strong reviews from the eaters.
