      So Well Behaved!

      I took a pizza date night class at BSM and Butlers Gold WW was called out in the recipe. The pizza dough turned out beautifully - so easy to handle and to shape! The Butler's Gold was only a small part of the total flour but I feel as if it gave the dough it's extra easy handling. I have also started using this in sourdough bread and have been very pleased with the results - So much so that I purchased and sent bags of it out to all my sourdough baking ladies!
