      New fave for sandwich bread

      When I make Shokopan-style sandwich bread, I thought Yecora Rojo 00 made this my favorite family bread. However, I recently tried Butler's Gold Flour which took the nuanced flavor up another notch. I still love the whole wheat notes of Yecora Rojo 00, but the Butler's Gold is just elegant.
