    I would order again!

I've so far used some of the yellow corn for cornbread. The corn was clean and also delicious in the recipe. I'm looking forward to making grits and to using the blue corn, maybe for waffles! I would certainly order from Barton Springs again!

    Makes the best cornbread!

I baked cornbread from home ground white dent corn from Barton Springs. White cornbread is my favorite. My husband took one bite and said it tastes like it was made from fresh corn. I had to hold him back from eating the whole batch! Highly recommend this corn. The products from Barton Springs are completely clean and so very healthy. They are shipped quickly, the first day for each of my 3 orders.

    THE BEST

I am not a veteran bread baker however I have made my fair share of sourdough bread from freshly milled grains. I must say that Barton Springs Einkorn Einkorn wheat berries have made the very best tasting bread for me. I have tried Einkorn from other vendors and find Barton Springs to be the best.

Excellent instructions, great recipes and enjoyable readings. I would recommend this for anyone looking to up their at home pizza game.

Excellent product. The cornbread I recently made with the white cornmeal was well received by my family and they committed on much better they liked the cornbread made with the Barton Springs Mill cornmeal versus a store bought cornmeal
