I've used the same recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies for years using KA AP flour. I tried the Stone-Milled AP flour from BSM and was amazed at the difference. They have always been good, but the crispiness and soft interior of the cookies was markedly better with the Premium Blend AP flour. My husband said, "Best cookies ever!" The only difference was the flour. Thank you BSM!

I heard about Barton Springs Mill through our electric cooperative. I have used only organic flours for several years, but nothing compares to the flours BSM produces. I love baking with the organic all purpose flour and have been experimenting with the other flours. They have unique and wonderful flavors! I have tried several of their recipes and especially like the fact that the wheat is grown by regenerative farmers in the US!
