Bulk Whole Berries

Been thoroughly enjoying breads and cookies. Love the wheat berries I purchased.

Their service is awesome, the wheat berries are excellent. Go when the bakery is open…you don’t want to stand at the window and drool, lol. I am SO happy I found Barton Springs Mill!!

I started out sampling the 2.5 and 5lb bags of berries. The quality of the grains and quick shipping became reliable standards from BSM. Shifting to the bulk order just made sense. We eat home baked goods from them every day. Really appreciate the bulk option.

First time ordering bulk wheat berries and I was SO impressed. Quality is top notch. Shipping speed is wonderful. Berries came packaged well. Quality of berries is fantastic. I use them for pancakes, cornbread and biscuits mainly. The flavor is slightly sweet and nutty…. Just enough wheat flavor but not too much that it overtakes the butter in your recipe, because we all love butter and want to taste that, too! These berries store really well in air tight containers. My home is small so I have to store them in various cabinets and have yet to have any problems with keeping them in large glass jars. Thank you for offering bulk berries at a fair price for the home bakers!
