This 19th century wheat was the favorite of French bakers for generations. Breads from Rouge de Bordeaux have a rich, nutty flavor with aromas of cinnamon and baking spice. It can be used as bread flour in any recipe.

Our whole wheat and rye berries and corn kernels are natural agricultural products. We rigorously clean and inspect every product, but removing all foreign material is impossible. Please inspect your grain prior to cooking or milling.

Absolutely amazing taste and quality.
Gluten development is so much better than the wheat I was getting from Azure. I will say though that this year's Rouge de Bordeaux is not the same. It's missing the magical aroma of cinnamon and honey that I had from last year's harvest. It's still good and I still recommend it, but I am disappointed.
I bought these to grow wheat in my garden this year and they have near 100% germination rate which I wouldn’t have expected from a food product
Good flavor and easy to use
