      Great flavor!

Makes a great bread with rich flavor. I’m new to fresh milled flour, but this was our favorite hard wheat that we have tasted so far.

I just started milling my own flour. I am very glad that I ordered wheat berries from Barton Springs Mill. These wheat berries intrigued me the most and they did not disappoint. Well packaged, clean, dry, and good aroma noted to the berries themselves.

I love this product. I am new to using whole grains to home mill flour for bread. I love the results so far and I am excited to keep learning about baking with them. Currently I am proofing a whole grain Miche recipe also using Danko rye and Spelt whole grains. I hope to learn how to make pasta from whole grain durum.
