        Barton Springs Mill, a great choice for whole grains❣️

        I’m so happy with the clean wheat berries from BSM! I use the Sonora as a soft white and delighted that it is an heirloom grain with great protein count. Rouge de Bordeaux is my first choice for a hard red wheat, again an heirloom grain. I love the performance in both sourdough and conventional baking.

        Taste Great!! Amazing for my Family

        It is amazing for my family, the Butler’s Gold. It’s not too strong, and my family who is use to white all purpose, it tastes the same but it’s 100 times more nutritious :) and they don’t even know. My daughter who is very picky loves it when I make bread with it that she doesn’t like store bought bread anymore. So it’s a win in my house.
