    Delicious organic Grits

My only complaint is that you don't sell them in Santa Fe, like at Natural Grocers or another health foods store.

    Hopi Blue corn grits

We found the texture and flavor of the Hopi blue corn grits to be excellent. We cooked them with water finished with a trifecta of dairy at the end of the cooking time. Served with blackened shrimp and a Cajun gravy was a perfect complement. We will be ordering the other varieties of stone ground grits soon.

    Stone Ground Yellow Grits

These grits were exactly as I had hoped they would be. I like a slightly larger grit, but still creamy and flavorful. These fit the bill perfectly.
